Cancellation Policy: To cancel a reservation we require a phone call to our office where you will be given a cancellation number. You are then required to mail a certified letter stating you are canceling the reservation along with the receipt of a certified letter mailed to: Cuddle Up Cabin Rentals, P.O. Box 760, McCaysville, Georgia 30555.
There is an “anytime” reservations cancellation fee of $30.00. Reservations cancelled with less than a 1 month notice are subject to an $100.00 fee. Any reservation cancelled with less than a 2 week notice forfeits $300 deposit and No Shows are subject to the entire rental fees. Cancellation policy applies to last minute bookings as well. Sorry, No Exceptions.
