Most guests never need to stop by the office. Your directions and door code come by email before you arrive, so you can drive straight to the cabin.
Getting There
Drive Straight to the Cabin
Once your paperwork is in and your balance is paid, we email your Express Check In packet 72 hours before arrival with your key code, directions, and the details that help you plan. Check in is 4:00 PM and check out is 11:00 AM.
A word on the drive itself: some cabins have steep driveways or gravel, so we caution against cars with exceptionally low ground clearance and against motorcycles, though our own staff get around in a Honda Accord and a Kia mini-van. Cell service is sporadic in these mountains, so save your directions before you head up.
