Reservations can be made online 24 hours a day, seven days a week.
Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM. Saturday, 9:00 AM to 1:00 PM. Sunday, closed.

Check in time is 4:00 PM and check out is 11:00 AM.

Guests must be 25 years old to rent a cabin. Special allowances may be made for couples.
All cabins are strictly non-smoking.
Cabins are cleaned and inspected before a guest's arrival and after departure.
All cabins provide bed and bath linens for advertised occupancy.
A starter supply of toilet paper, trash bags, paper towels, dishwasher detergent, bath soap, and laundry detergent is provided. Additional items should be purchased or brought by the guest.
All cabins provide a washer and dryer, iron, and ironing board.
All kitchens provide dishes and flatware for the property's maximum occupancy, a coffee maker, toaster, basic utensils, pots and pans, a microwave, and a blender.
Basic TV service and a local land line for emergencies are available at all cabins.
Hair dryers and firewood for fire pits are not provided.
All hot tubs are drained, cleaned, and refilled prior to arrival. Guests use the hot tub at their own risk.

Written documentation is required to cancel any reservation. It must be submitted by the person who reserved the cabin and contain the transaction ID. Mail certified cancellation letters to Cuddle Up Cabin Rentals, P.O. Box 760, McCaysville, GA 30555, or email your request to info@cuddleupcabinrentals.com.
No matter when you cancel, there is a financial penalty. If it is a last minute booking, or you wish to cancel the same day you reserved, penalties still apply. Penalties increase as the date blocked out for your arrival approaches, and policies are different and penalties higher for holiday reservations.
Non-holiday cancellations: more than 30 days before the beginning date blocked for your arrival, the penalty is $65. Between 30 and 15 days out, $300. Fourteen or fewer days out, the full cabin rental amount.
Holiday cancellations: more than 60 days before the beginning date blocked for your arrival, the penalty is $85. Between 60 and 22 days out, $300. Twenty-one or fewer days out, the full cabin rental amount.

Lock all doors and windows when you leave the cabin, and do not leave money or valuables unattended in the property.
Cuddle Up Cabin Rentals will not be held accountable or liable for any thefts.
Please thoroughly check the cabin for personal property before departing. We cannot be responsible for items left in the cabin, in your vehicle, or on the cabin grounds.

A limited number of pet friendly cabins are available. If you bring your pet without permission, you will be asked to leave without a refund and there is a minimum additional cleaning fee of $300.
There is a $30 flat pet fee that is non-refundable.
A pet damage hold of $100 per pet, per stay is guaranteed on a Visa, Mastercard, Discover, or American Express.
Cabin owners do not permit cats. Dogs only, please.
Puppies up to 15 months old are not permitted in any of the cabins.
Maximum pet weight is 25 pounds and no more than 2 pets are allowed in any property. Inquire with the office about variances offered by some cabin owners.
Pets must be completely house broken, well behaved, and pest free.
Pets are not permitted in the hot tub.
Pets are not allowed on any of the beds or furniture.
Cabin linens and towels cannot be used on pets.
Guests agree to bring their pet's crate and bedding. While away from the cabin, guests will keep the pet secured in a pet carrier rather than loose inside the cabin, on the screened porch, or outside.
All terms and conditions outlined in the pet policy must be followed.

Any guest who books one cabin and wants to transfer to another cabin after booking will be charged a $65 transfer fee.

There may be one or more outside security cameras installed at the cabin or on private exterior areas, including but not limited to the hot tub area. These cameras are installed primarily for deterrence and monitoring when the cabin is not rented and is not occupied by the owner.
You agree and acknowledge that the cameras may capture video or images of any activity conducted at the entry to the cabin. You acknowledge that their presence in no way places a duty upon the management or cabin owner to provide security or protection to you or anyone you invite to use or occupy the cabin as your guest, and that the cameras are there for your host's purposes.
You agree to release management and the cabin owner from any and all liability arising from the presence, usage, non-usage, function, non-function, or video or image capture of the security system. You also agree to advise anyone you invite to use or occupy the cabin of the presence of these cameras.
Tampering with a camera or covering it to disable it is a breach of contract, and you agree to cover any costs or inconvenience to repair or reactivate it.
